Concert Tour with the Minguet Quartet

Andreas Klein joins the German Minguet Quartett on a tour accross the US to perform the Bach Concerto in D minor and  Chopin?s Ballade No.4 in a program entitled Homage a Glenn Gould.  The first 3 concerts for the Tucson Chamber Music Society, Colorado State University and the concert series in Beaver Creek, CO, drew large attendance and received standing ovations.
 
 

Concluding the 2015 year with recitals and master classes

Andreas Klein travelled across the USA to perform recitals and to present master classes in Georgia, Oregon, and California. In between, he produced a video recording of the Arcos Orchestra New York which is going to result in a condensed promotional video.
 

Andreas Klein is Juror of International Piano Competition in October 2015

The Louisiana International Piano Competition in Alexandria, LA, hosts a bi-annual piano competition for young artists between ages 19-35. Andreas Klein was invited among the 5 judges to elect first, second and third prize from a group of pianists, coming from the USA, China, Canada, Italy, Russia and other states. The week long competition was evolving from solo repertoire performed in the first round and semifinals, culminating in three performers in the finals performing piano concerti with the Rapides Symphony under the conductor Joshua Zona. 
 

Fall 2015 Concerts...

Andreas Klein performed Bach Concerto in D minor and in A major under the conductor John Dodson at the Lexington Bach Festival in Michigan. He also presented recitals with works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, and Liszt in Virginia, Oklahoma and Nebraska.

Andreas Klein returns to MostArts Festival, July 2015

He performed Schumann's Piano Concerto in A minor with the MostArts Festival Orchestra conducted by Yuval Zaliouk and was chair of the Young Pianist Competition jury.

Andreas Klein returns to Adelphi University

Pianist Andreas Klein performed Beethoven's 4th Piano Concerto with the Adelphi Symphony Orchestra under the direction of its music director, Christopher Lyndon-Gee, on April 13th. The performance was recorded for a video production supervised by the pianist and shall be watched on YouTube once it is released.
